5.70 m³ large capacity foodstuff silo

These feed silos are designed for inside and outside feed storage (0.8 maximum density). They comply with the security standards for feeds delivery at the farm.

Installation advice: 4 floor mounting legs, with 16 ground anchoring points on a concrete square slab. Before installing, be careful to respect the following dimensions:
- 5.70m3 version, a minimum concrete slab of 2.5 x 2.5 m is necessary
- 9.70m3 version, a minimum concrete slab of 2.7 x 2.7 m is necessary
- Slab thickness to be define according to the ground nature, usually more or less 30 cm

These foodstuffs silos are manufactured in a single block of polyethylene resin, rot free, UV stabilised, and frost resistant.
They resist detergents, disinfectants, and high pressure washing.
They are positioned on a steel chassis with four feet. The concrete bases are reinforced and very stable thanks to the four feet of the monoblock chassis of large cross section mechanically welded steel tubing.
- silo 5.70 m³ : Ø 60.3 mm x Thickness : 2.9 mm.
- silo 9.70 m³ : Ø 70 mm x Thickness : 2.9 mm.

Fitted with:
- monoblock tank with offset cone.
- smooth non-porous walls, guarantees water tightness and easy cleaning.
- mechanically welded chassis for stability and longevity.
- a stainless steel Ø 200 mm trapdoor, fitted as standard on the offset cone, allows loading of foodstuffs directly in a tractor bucket from the front of the silo, or via a feed trolley.
It can be placed on the offset part of the cone using the closure kit.
- a caged ladder 2 m from ground complete with bridge and handrails, accessible from the mobile ladder.
- the filler lid can be opened and closed from ground level for greater safety.
